I I 摘 要 发展问题是事关人类自身前途和命运的重大命题，在当代中国，社会发展存在单 纯追求经济增长的片面倾向，人与自然、经济发展与社会发展、人与人以及人与自身 之间存在着失衡现象。对传统发展观“以物为本”取向、“唯经济增长”取向、“线性 发展”取向和“唯技术主义”取向等的批判与反思，是落实科学发展、体现以人为本 的发展理念的重要前提。发展归根结底是人的发展，对社会发展寄予何种价值诉求， 在本质上取决于对人本身采取何种价值取向。在这个意义上说，有怎样的人学视野， 就会有怎样的发展观。 科学发展观同毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民同志关于发展的重要思想一脉相承,是与 时俱进的马克思主义发展观，既是理论思维上的深入思考和运筹谋划，更是实践上的 大胆探索和创新。从关注人的生存境遇的高度，对科发展观“以人为本”、全面性、 协调性和可持续性进行马克思主义人学解读，分析中国传统文化中“以人为本”和“天 人合一”思想与科学发展观的内在互动，回答发展的意义，关注包括中华民族在内的 人类的前途和命运，追求马克思关于人的全面发展的理念，是科学发展观研究方面值 得尝试的理论课题。科学发展观的实质在于实现人与自然、人与社会、人与人、人与 人自身的协调发展，以确立一条实现中华民族伟大复兴的健康发展道路。 关键词：人学 马克思主义 科学发展观 以人为本 人的全面发展 II II Abstract The problem of development is vital to human itself. But in modern China, the society has an unilateral inclination in developing economy, which leads to the imbalance among the relationships of human beings and the nature, of economic development and social development, and of the human kind and itself as a species. The criticism and rethinking of substance-centralized selection, of economy development-centralized selection, of linear development-centralized selection, of technicalism-centralized selection in traditional development theory is an important premise to embody human-centralized development theory by fulfilling the scientific theory of development. Developing is the development of human in the final analysis. Which kind of value selection placing on social development lies on the value selection of human itself in nature. That is to say, the developing theory depends on human view. The scientific theory of development comes down in one continuous line of the important idea of development of Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, and Jiang Zheming. It is a theory of development of Marxism, which gets along with time. It is not only the deep thinking and designing in theoretic thought but also the big exploration and creation in practice. From the height of thinking the survival environment, analyzing the human-centralized selection, integrity, harmony and sustainess of scientific theory
