2 2 科技期刊出版发展战略研究 中文捷要 本文试图运用管理学知识，分析研究我国科技期刊出版行业的发展战略。我国 的科技期刊出版工作，既是出版工作的重要组成部分，又是科技事业的主重要组成部 分。科技期刊的出版和内容的传播，对科学技术的发展和入类文明的泼程起着巨大 的推动作用。科技期刊出版是科教兴画战略的主重要支柱。从当代自然科学技术 发展的实际情况来看，科技期刊仍然是交流科技信息最基本的途径和字段，是传播 科技成果的最重要的形式之一。科技期刊在促进科研成果转化的过程中发挥着特殊 重要的作用，还是进行文化教育科学普及的重要工具，是发现和培养科技人才的深 厚土壤。总之，科技期刊推动科技进步和社会发展的过程中，具有不可替代和难以 估量的作用。 本文运用了战略分析、战略评价等分析方法，递过对我国科技期刊的历史背景、 发展过程、相关政策法规以及与电子出版及网络出版的关系等几个方面的分析论证 并用《无线咆》杂志这一具有代表性的科技期刊的发展作为实例，引证出科技期刊 的两种发展战略方案:1)依据自身优势，充分发掘潜力，完成自我创新，在竞争 者成长壮大之前占领最大的市场份额。 2) 服务发展策略，可以利用 j系有的各项资 源，提供给读者甚至竞争对手莱种形式的服务，从德稳住自己原有的市场份额，并 逐步扩大。 关键词:科技期刊、发展战略、《无线电》、竞争环境分析。 3 3 Study on the Development Strategies for Science Technology Periodicals ABSTRACT Through the application of managerial theories，thìs paper aims to study and analyze the development strategies for the Scìence and Technology Perìodìcals (abbrevìated as STPs below) in China. In China，STP ìs not only an important part of the publicatìon industry，but also an ìndispensable element ìn the general cause of Scìence and Technology.
