不同检验方法在尿路感染诊断中的应用对比 冯苏娟 谭琳琳 [摘要] 目的：探讨不同检验方法在尿路感染诊断中的临床应用价值。方法：为了准确诊断尿路感染，本研究对疑似尿路感染者采用尿八联检查与定量尿培养联合检查，并与仅采用尿八联检查结果进行对比研究。结果：尿八联联合尿培养的检查阳性率低于单独采用尿八联的阳性率，且差异具有统计学意义（x2=4.85，P0.05）。真阳性（a）、假阳性（c）、真阴性（d）及假阴性（b）。以此进行真阳性率、真阴性率、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值评价发现尿八联+尿培养联合检测的真阳性率、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均明显高于单独尿八联检测结果，且差异具有统计学意义（x2=7.02、5.62、4.05、6.58，P均0.05）。对尿培养检出阳性的72例患者的尿液进行检出菌分析发现其中大肠埃希菌29例，占40.30%；粪肠球菌12例，占16.70%；屎肠球菌3例，占4.20%；奇异变形菌2例，占2.80%；肺炎克雷伯菌3例，占4.20%；铜铝假单胞菌5例，占6.90%；假产碱单胞菌1例，占1.40%；荧光假单胞菌2例，占2.80%；真菌10例，占13.90%。结论：在临床尿路感染诊断中，采用尿八联+尿培养可以有效提高诊断的真阳性率、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值，避免误诊、漏诊，为临床及早进行治疗提供可靠的依据。 [关键词] 尿路感染；尿八联；尿培养；诊断 Compared different testing methods in diagnosing of urinary tract infections [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the clinical value of different testing methods in the diagnosis of urinary tract infection. Urine of 72 patients tested positive urine culture detected bacteria analysis found 29 cases of Escherichia coli, accounting for 40.30%; Enterococcus faecalis 12 cases, ac
