浙江工业大学 硕士学位论文 施工项目管理中的目标管理和实例研究 姓名：胡捷 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：建筑与土木工程 指导教师：郑建军；王军 201012 摘要近几年随着建筑市场的规范以及中国加入世贸后，中国建 摘要 近几年随着建筑市场的规范以及中国加入世贸后，中国建 筑市场的国际竞争越来越多，越来越激烈，造成企业的竞争成本 增加，利润变低，因而提高管理水平、降低建设成本、提高企业 竞争力成为建筑企业要解决的首要问题。施工企业在进行工程项 目管理的最终目的是在保证工期、质量两个目标的前提下实现企 业经济效益和社会效益最大化。本文针对这一目标：从工程质量 与工程成本、工程工期与工程成本之间的关系进行论述，其中着 重论述了工期优化的同时降低建设成本的方法及如何合理的确 定质量成本的构成，寻求实现建设工程管理目标的关键因素及途 径。 本文主要从以下几个方面进行研究： 简要的论述了工程项目管理的发展历史、现状及发展趋势， 提出当前项目管理中存在的问题及研究思路。系统的论述了在工 程项目全过程管理过程中质量、工期与成本之间的关系；结合案 例论述如何在成本控制基础上进行工期优化以及合理确定质量 成本构成；系统论述如何通过有效的质量、工期、成本管理来降 低工程项目成本，提高项目盈利能力；最后通过对工程实例的分 析研究进行充分论证。 关键词：目标管理；成本；工期优化；质量成本；效益；利润率 浙江工业大学工程硕士论文Abstract 浙江工业大学工程硕士论文 Abstract Wn the standardization of building market and China’S entering into the WTO in recent years，China’S building market has been involved in more international competitions，leading to the increase in cost and the decrease in profit．Therefore， improving management level and enterprise competitiveness and lessening construction cost have become the first issue for the building enterprise to solve．The ultimate aim of the management by objectives(MBO)of the building enterprise is to realize the maximization of economic and social benefits at a given construction time and quality．For this purpose，this thesis addresses the relationships among the construction quality,cost，and perio也emphasizes the way to reduce the construction cost by optimizing project time，and properly identifies the constituents of the quality cost to fmd out the key elements and approaches for the construction management． This thesis mainly includes the following aspects． The history,current situation and development of the project management are briefly summarized and the existing problems and ways are proposed．The relationships among the quality,time and cost during the whole process of project management are systematically discussed．By combining with several study cases，the optimization of the project period and the constituents of the construction cost are discussed on the
