含风电场的电网可用输电能力研究 1 1 2 蔚曾贞 郭 涛 李 文 （1.国网湖北省电力公司十堰供电公司，湖北 十堰 442011 ； 2. 宁夏电力公司检修公司变电检修中心，银川 750011 ） 摘要 本文研究风电场并网对电网可用输电能力（ATC ）的影响。目前我国的风电场大多采 用异步风力发电机组，所以本文首先介绍异步风力发电机的工作原理，采用 PQ 模型分析异步风力 发电机的出力，然后分析研究风电场的出力与并网后电网可用输电能力的关系。考虑到电网负荷 分配和潮流的各种约束条件，建立基于内点法的最优潮流模型，计算风电场并网后电网的可用输 电能力。分析归纳总结风电场并网对电网可用输电能力（ATC ）的影响，最后作出结论。 关键词：异步风力发电机；PQ 模型；可用输电能力（ATC ）；最优潮流；最大传输功率 Research on Available Transfer Capability for Power System Including Large-scale Wind Farms Wei Zengzhen 1 Guo Tao1 Li Wen2 （1.Shiyan Electric Power Supply Company, Shiyan, Hubei 442011； 2.Ningxia Electric Power Maintenance Company, Yinchuan 750011 ） Abstract This paper is to study the change of Available Transfer Capability for Power System including large-scale wind farms.At present,the induction wind turbines have become the dominating type.This paper first described working principle of induction wind turbine,and used PQ model to analyze wind power.Then analyzed and studied the relation between Available Transfer Capability of the system and the wind power into the system. According to the relation between load distribution and power flow feasible boundary,a optimization model of power system based on Interior-Point Method is established to calculate Available Transfer Capability of the system.Comparing the trends of ATC and the wind power into the system, we draw conclusions at the end of this paper.
