Street Dancing (hip pop) Street dancing, also called hip pop, is a kind of very popular dance among young people. It was created by American black teenagers in the 1970s. Yoga The word “yoga” comes from the Indian word “Yuj”. It means to yoke(连结), join or unite. When you practice yoga, you join your body with your mind. You should focus on your thought, your breath and your movement. Then you will feel happy, balanced(镇静的) and relaxed. In India, people of all ages practice yoga in their daily life. Nowadays, yoga is popular throughout the world. People often practice yoga in a quiet and comfortable environment with light music. Since yoga can help people relax and keep fit, many office ladies are fond of it. Though it doesn’t require you to jump or to run, it could still hurt you in some postures(姿势).
