In the 1970s, management researcher Robert L. Katz, found managers must possess four critical management skills（those abilities or behaviors that are crucial to success in a managerial position） Conceptual skills refer to the ability to analyze and diagnose complex situations. （分析判断复杂情况）They help managers to to coordinate all of the interests and activities of the organization（协调员工兴趣和组织任务）.
