应用结构方程模型分析男男性行为者生存质量影响因素的研究 陈江鹏1，文雯1，彭斌[通信作者] 彭斌，E-mail：pengbin@ 王宏，E-mail：wangh [通信作者] 彭斌，E-mail：pengbin@ 王宏，E-mail：wangh3017@163.com [摘要] 目的 通过结构方程模型，探讨男男性行为者（men who have sex with men，MSM）生存质量影响因素。 方法 于2012年10-12月间，在重庆市通过滚雪球方式招募532名MSM，使用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表（WHOQOL-BREF）、社会支持评定量表（SSRS）对其进行问卷调查，采用结构方程模型分析其生存质量的影响因素。 结果 调查的532名MSM生存质量总分为13.11±2.17。通过结构方程模型发现MSM生存质量影响因素包括社会支持、社会地位、健康行为、经济状况四个因素，其中社会支持对生存质量的标准化总效应达0.54。结构方程模型拟合结果：2/ν=2.211，GFI=0.957，AGFI=0.938，IFI=0.965，RMSEA=0.048，NFI=0.937，CFI=0.964。 结论 模型拟合结果良好。社会支持、社会地位、健康行为、经济状况均影响MSM的生存质量。 [关键词] 结构方程模型；男男性行为者；生存质量 Influencing factors on quality of life among men who have sex with men based on the Structural Equation Model Chen Jiangpeng1， Wen wen1， Peng bin1，Wang hong2(1Department of Medical Statistics，2Department of Healthcare of Women and Children and Adolescent Health，School of Public Health and Management,Chongqing Medical University,Chongqing，400016，China) [Abstract] Objective To investigate the influencing factors on quality of life among men who have sex with men based on the Structural Equation Model（SEM）. Methods In Chongqing, 532 men who have sex with men participated in a questionnaire survey and were assessed by WHOQOL-BREF and SSRS questionnaire from October to December,2012.Factors on quality of life among men who have sex with men were analysed based on SEM. Results The total score of quality of life of the 532 MSM is 13.11±2.17. Influencing factors on quality of life among men who have sex with men would include social support,social status,health-related behavior,financial situation. The standardized total effect of social support to the quality of life was 0.54.2/ν, GFI, AGFI, IFI, RMSEA, NFI,CFI were 2.211, 0.957,0.938,0.965,0.048, 0.937, 0.964,respectively. Conclusion SEM fitting is good.social support,social status,health-related behavior,financial situation were affecting the quality of life among men who have sex with men.
