摘要服务贸易是当今国际贸易发展中最为迅速的领域。近十几年来，西方发达国 摘要 服务贸易是当今国际贸易发展中最为迅速的领域。近十几年来，西方发达国 家服务贸易额的增长速度远远超过了货物贸易的增长速度。随着整个世界经济重 心日益向服务业倾斜，同时在国际服务贸易自由化趋势下，各国都正在加强对服 务贸易的研究。服务贸易中丰厚的利润以及发展服务贸易对一国经济的巨大贡献 日益为各国所认知。可以预见未来随着各国服务经济的不断发展，服务贸易将更 加成为国际竞争与合作的重要领域。中国作为一个服务业和服务贸易相对落后的 国家，认识服务贸易在未来贸易发展和经济发展中的重要作用，研究服务业的合 理保护与开放及如何应对自由化的大趋势，尤其具有非常重要的现实意义。 “他山之石，可以攻玉”。本文选取西方发达国家服务经济发展的典范，也是 最早进入服务经济社会的国家——美国，作为研究对象。首先对美国服务贸易发 展的历程、现状、特点和国际竞争力进行全面的分析，反映出美国服务贸易在世 界上具有明显的优势，继而分析了影响美国服务贸易发展的内部和外部因素，特 别指出美国政府的积极推动作用，接着结合大量的数据实证分析了服务贸易对美 国经济增长和就业的巨大的贡献，最后通过以上对美国服务贸易的整体研究，得 出发展我国服务贸易的启示。 关键词： 服务贸易；美国；经济增长 AbstractNowadays，service Abstract Nowadays，service trade is the most rapidly growing field of international trade． The growth of service trade is much more than goods trade in west countries in recent ten years．With the center of global economy shifting to service industry and liberalization of international trade in services，every country strengl[hen the research on service trade．Profit of service trade and its’contribution to economy are recognized by global countries．With the development of global service economy,service trade will be the more important field of international competition and cooperation in the future．As a laggard country in service industry and trade，realizing the importance of service trade， studying the properly protection and open and how to deal with the trend of liberalization of service trade have the importantly realistic meaning． This thesis select the U．S as a studying object，which is the mirror of service economy in west developed countries and the county earliest entering into service economy．Firstly，illustrate the Simation of the development of American service trade including its’development process and situation，characteristic and international competitive ability,and reflect the obvious advantage of America in service trade． Secondly,analyze the reasons promoting the development of American service trade， especially the role of American government．Thirdly,discuss the con
