隔膜压缩机膜腔型线的分析研究

摘 要 :根据隔膜压缩机的工作原理 ,借助 M atlab优化和拟合的工具箱 ,并对现有挠度曲线方程进行了
优化处理 ,得到了一组较为理想的参考数据 ,然后运用 ABAQU S有限元分析软件对现有数据与优化的结
果进行了对比分析 ,得出了膜片应力的分布情况 。根据分析结果 ,优化所得的数据在一定程度上改善了
膜片的应力状态 ,这对于提高隔膜压缩机膜片寿命有一定的参考价值 。

A b stract: In th is p ap er, A ccording to the p rincip le of diap hragm comp re ssor, the relational m ea sured data is fit
ted and the existing deflection curve equation is op tim ized by M atlab the fitting and op tim al too lbox, and a more
ideal reference data ha s been got. F inally, the data of existing and op tim ized has been analyzed by the software of
FEA ABAQU S, the re su lt show s the stress distribution of diap hragm. B a sed on the analyzed resu lts, the op tim al
data has imp roved the stre ss state of diap hragm in som e exten t, that has som e reference value to imp rove the dia
phragm life of diap hragm comp ressor.
