Due to high strength ,electricity conductivity and environmental resistance ,the canbon fibre compesites were not only used as the reinforced material for high strength structure , but also as the safety measurement and life prediction for the big civil structure. The carbon fibre and its composites with glass fibre ,carbon and ceramic particles ,as well as optical waveguide fibre and other intelligent material structure will be the developing trends of intelligent civil engineering in the future.
