中文摘要 第 PAGE I 页 共 PAGE I PAGE I 页 摘要 企业信息化建设过程中应时刻响应着市场、客户的变化，持续调整企业的业务流程。流程再造需要信息技术的支撑，而管理信息化的过程更需要以流程再造为基础。不管是在BPR的背景下推行管理信息化，还是为实现管理信息化的目标，作为现代企业先进的管理理论，业务流程再造(BPR)都值得中国企业去勇于实践和创新应用。本文通过对企业信息化、业务流程再造的定义及发展现状进行研究分析，总结归纳出企业信息化建设过程的特点及核心内容，剖析了信息化与业务流程再造的内部关系，最后，提出了一套以“订单”为中心的业务流程再造模型。通过对模型的说明分析成功验证了企业信息化与BPR相辅相成的关系。 关键词：企业 信息化 业务流程再造 Abstract Abstract 第Ⅱ页 共Ⅱ页 Abstract Enterprise information construction process should be time for the market, customers response to changes and constant adjustment enterprise business process.
