PAGE 毕业设计(论文) 题目: 汕头中国旅行社导游员 流失原因及对策探析 汕头中国旅行社导游员流失原因及对策探析 摘要 导游员的流动是由市场经济规律所决定的,是市场经济的需要,正常导游员的流动有利于实现人力资源的合理优化,有利于企业不断开发引进新人才,带来生机和活力。但高流失率是不正常现象,人员的跳槽不仅影响员工的心理情绪,挫伤团队士气,还带走企业的商业秘密。因此,应引起业内的关注,对导游员流失率高的问题研究刻不容缓。 本文从汕头中旅的角度出发,以导游员的高流动率为研究对象,旨在帮助该公司解决目前存在的导游员高流动问题,促进公司的发展与竞争力的提高。 首先系统地回顾了国内外学者关于导游员高流动率的相关理论并对其进行了评价,根据汕头中旅的特点和现状,对目前该公司导游员高流动的现状进行了阐述和评价,归纳了影响导游员高流动率的因素和主要的原因。随后文章以前人研究的理论为基础,详细地对高流动率的原因和高流失造成的成本进行了分析,设计出对导游员高流动率的管理方案,并提出了的相应的对策和建议。 关键词:导游员;高流动率;汕头中旅 Study on the Reasons and Countermeasures for the Tour-guide Loss in China Travel Service Chaozhou Limited Abstract Mobility of tourist guide is determined by the rules of market economy and the needs of the market economy, the normal flow of tourist guides to the achievement of a reasonable optimization of human resources is conducive to the development of enterprises to introduce new talent, bringing vigor and vitality. However, the high flow is not a normal phenomenon, staff turnover has affected not only the psychological staff, hurt team morale, and take away business secrets. Therefore, the industry should be concerned about the loss of tourist guides to the high rate of urgent research. Proceeding from the point of view of China Travel Service Chaozhou Limited (CTSCZ) and taking the high flow of tour-guide as a studying object, the purpose of this article is to help the company deal with the recent problem of the transfer, and to promote the development and competitiveness of the company. . Firstly the paper systematically reviews and evaluates the domestic and foreign theories on the transferring the high flow of tour-guide.
