农家乐旅游服务质量研究毕业论文 毕业论文 (20_ _届) 农家乐旅游服务质量研究 摘 要 从全国范围来看,奉化可以说是农家乐发展较早的城市。所以相对而言,奉化的农家乐发展较为成熟。2008年以来,奉化市农家乐屡次被评为省级一等奖。奉化滕头更是成功创建省级“农家乐”特色村,黄贤、岩头双双被评为宁波市级“农家乐”特色村,商量岗、向阳海岸被评为宁波市级“农家乐”示范点。溪口、大堰等地的农家旅馆也初具规模。即便如此,奉化的农家乐在发展过程中仍然存在很多问题。农家乐的模式仍然是以吃农家菜、垂钓、住农家屋为主;虽然越来越多的人成为农家乐旅游的一分子,但是与几年前相比,农家乐旅游的服务质量并没有得到实质性的提升。怎样提高农家乐旅游的服务质量,显得尤为重要,也成了农家乐发展能否有重大突破的关键。 本文将以浙江省奉化市的农家乐旅游为例,在结合前人对旅游景区服务质量的研究的基础上,通过实地走访、问卷调查、资料搜索等方式,从游客的角度对农家乐旅游的服务质量进行系统地研究。分别从景区的游乐设施、用餐情况和住宿情况几个方面对农家乐景区的服务质量进行研究,找出解决提升农家乐服务质量的对策,为国内外的“农家乐”持续健康发展提供一定的借鉴。 关键词:奉化;农家乐;服务质量管理 Abstract Compared with other Fenghua became an earlier city to develop rural tourismSo relative to character, the development of Fenghua rural tourism seems mature.The rural tourism of Fenghua Was awarded first prize at the provincial level.
