The industry of smart phone is booming, and the ratio of possessing a smart phone in college is very high. With the wireless LAN technology standards and the wireless products releasing constantly, the application and popularization of the wireless LAN has been developed to a new stage. Most colleges have established the wireless campus network which has a state-of-the-art performance and is used widely. In other words, the smart phone as a mobile terminal will shine with the support of the campus wireless network. The campus network has been developed to a certain stage, but it is only for the PC browser. Under the frenzied growth of the mobile terminal environment, the campus network is bound to develop to the mobile terminal. The project is planned against the mobile campus platform, so that the students in a wireless campus can check the school’s all kinds of Information Services, such as the Senate system, financial system, library management system, with the smart terminal. In the Mobile Platform, users can experience share the Information Services as living, learning, entertainment.
