摘要 洛阳理工学院毕业设计（论文） PAGE IV PAGE I 国产HRM3400立磨的调试及应用 摘 要 水泥是高耗能工业，其中粉磨约占水泥工厂电耗的三分之二以上，近年来随着我国大中型新型干法生产线的纷纷上马，立磨以其电耗低，工艺流程简单而备受业主的喜爱。 我的实习单位是四川水泥有限公司，公司2500t／d熟料新型干法生产线在生料粉磨和煤粉制备中选用了合肥中亚建材有限公司的HRM3400生料立磨和HRM1700煤立磨。HRM3400型立磨是集破碎、烘干、粉磨、分离、输送为一体的合成式设备，设计能力190t／h。 本文首先介绍了国产HRM3400型立磨的工作原理，结构设计以及公司的生料制备工艺流程。其次介绍了公司在调试生产过程中遇到的吐渣严重、锁风回转下料器堵塞、磨辊轴承温度过高等问题，分析排查了产生这些问题的原因，找到了解决方法，取得了良好的效果使系统趋于正常。最后介绍了立磨正常工作应该掌握的控制参数以及参数范围，应该注意的事项。 关键词：国产HRM3400型立磨，调试，问题，解决方法，应用 Domestic HRM3400 vertical mill and application debugging ABSTRACT The cement is consumes energy high the industry, the powder rubs approximately composes above 2/3 which the cement factory electricity consumes, in recent years along with our country large and middle scale new dry process production lines starting in abundance, stood rubs consumes lowly by its electricity, the technical process simple enjoyed owners affection.
