大连轻工业学院2010届本科生毕业设计（论文） PAGE PAGE 94 大连工业大学2010届本科生毕业设计（论文） PAGE 1 摘 要 随着人们生活的日益改善，早已经不为衣食而忧，而是努力改变自己得生活质量，已经从吃饱——味道——营养得转变，当今社会对啤酒得需求量与日剧增，啤酒厂也如雨后春笋一样到处扎根，近几年中国的啤酒行业发展迅速，2009年底我国得啤酒产量已达到4236.38万千升。 啤酒作为一种低酒精度的饮料酒，内含有多种对人们身体有益的成分。越来越成为受大众欢迎的聚会解暑饮用品。现在啤酒行业正在迅速发展，为了满足广大消费者对啤酒的需求，正在生产出了各种各样口味的啤酒促进啤酒的发展，而且在技术上也有了很大的改善，传统的生产方式已经被先进的生产技术所取代。。 本人设计的是一座位于盘锦的年产55万KL的8度淡色啤酒厂，企业的各项指标均达到国家的一级企业标准，产品质量也达到国家要求的标准。在设计说明书中包括基础衡算，设备选型，污水处理及全厂经济核算等。此设计本着经济，效益，环保的思想设计，采用了先进得设备与技术。做到以尽可能小得消耗原材料，作出最优质得酒满足大众需求，降污染降低到最低。本设计的重点设备是沉淀槽。 关键词：啤酒厂；8度淡色啤酒；环保；沉淀槽 Abstract With the increasing improvement of peoples life, have not for food and sorrow, but to change their life quality, has eaten -- - to taste, nutrition society need a large number of beer brewery, also have mushroomed in China as well as the root, everywhere beer industry development is rapid, 2009 in beer production has reached 4236.38 myriad liters. I design a seat in the merchant of 55 million KL of 8 degrees pale brewery, enterprises all indexes reach national standard, the level of product quality and enterprise reached national standards. In the design specification includes basic calculation, equipment selection, sewage treatment plant and economic accounting, etc. The design principle, the environmental benefit and economical design ideas, adopt the advanced equipment and technology to. Do with as little consumption of raw materials, to make the best quality to meet the public demand, wine to minimize the pollution. This design is the key equipment sedimentation tank.
