PAGE PAGE 8 钢液炉外精炼同位脱磷脱硫的可能性研究 颜根发1，董元篪2，黄志勇3，刘玉兰 1，徐广治1，孙 维1 (1. 马鞍山钢铁股份公司，安徽 马鞍山 243000；2. 安徽工业大学，安徽 马鞍山 243002； 3. 马鞍山中冶高新技术公司，安徽 马鞍山 243002) 摘 要：根据脱磷与脱硫反应的反应时间与反应位置，可将铁基熔体在铁水预处理或炉外精炼过程中，用同一种渣系熔剂，既能脱磷又能脱硫的工艺分三类：同位、同时脱磷脱硫工艺；不同位、同时脱磷脱硫工艺；不同时、同位脱磷脱硫工艺。为了研究钢液炉外精炼不同时、同位脱磷脱硫的可能性，首先从理论上进行了探讨，并进一步在LF炉外精炼炉内进行了探索性试验。研究表明，在钢液炉外精炼过程中采用BaO系熔剂，有可能实现钢液不同时、同位脱磷脱硫。 关键词：炉外精炼；钢液同位脱磷脱硫；BaO系熔剂 Research on the possibility of dephosphorization and desulfurization refining process at the same time and same location for liquid steel YAN Gen-fa，DONG Yuan-chi，HUANG Zhi-yong，LIU Yu-lan，XU Guang-zhi，SUN Wei Abstract：According to whether the iron-based melt dephosphorized and desulfurized at the same time and same location in hot metal pretreatment or secondary refining process， both dephosphorization and desulfurization process which using the same kind of slag flux is divided into three kinds： the dephosphorization and desulfurization process at the same time and same location； the dephosphorization and desulfurization process at the same time and different places； the dephosphorization and desulfurization process at the different time and same location.In order to researching on the possibility of dephosphorization and desulfurization at the different time and same location for liquid steel in the secondary refining process,the theory was discussed, and the exploratory test was conducted in LF refining furnace.The results show that dephosphorization and desulfurization which using BaO slag flux at the different time and same location for liquid steel in the secondary refining process is possible. Key words：secondary refining；dephosphorization and desulfurization at the same location for liquid steel；BaO-based flux 铁基熔体氧化脱磷反应（以下简称脱磷）要求反应位置氧势高；而脱硫反应要求反应位置氧势低。因此用同一种渣系熔剂，在同一反应位置（以下简称同位），同时进行脱磷脱硫反应的关键是氧势问题（以下简化用氧分压PO2表示）。众所周知，大谷等人已从理论上阐明，CaO系溶剂不存在同时、同位脱磷脱硫的可能性[1]。竹内 秀次等人虽然开发了用CaO系熔剂在铁水预处理时，对铁水进行“同时不同位”的脱磷脱硫工艺技术，但是对钢液炉外精炼不适用。钢液炉外精炼既能脱磷又能脱硫的难点是：向钢包加入精炼剂大部分采用“投入法”；即便采用“喷粉法”，一般向钢液喷入各种熔剂的载气
