Abstract: The maldistribution of twophase flow is one of the major factors that deteriorate the heat
transfer performance of platefin heat exchangerT he setup of flow distributor at the heat exchanger inlet
is one widely adopted engineering method to improve the flow distributionIn this paper the flow
distribution performanceof one typeof distributor is experimentally tested by using airwater mixtureThe
test results show that the flow distributor studied can improve the twophase flow distribution uniformity
in platefin heat exchanger
