河北大学工商学院2011届本科生毕业论文 我国农产品价格波动对居民食品消费支出的影响 摘　　要 纵观宏观经济学理论的发展,消费理论地位显著。现阶段,研究城乡居民消费水平具有重要的现实意义。在科学发展观的指导下,提高居民消费水平有助于转变我国经济增长方式。同时,研究居民消费水平与物价水平的变动情况,有利于提高宏观经济调控效力。本文主要对近些年来农产品生产价格指数以及城乡居民食品消费支出波动的状况进行分析，然后利用2001年—2009年的农产品生产价格指数变动与城市、农村居民食品消费支出的数据建立计量经济模型对它们之间的相关性进行定量分析，并对此计量模型的结果进行验证。通过农产品价格变动对城市、农村居民食品消费支出影响的分析来研究农产品价格波动对城市和农村居民食品消费的不同影响程度。从而发现农产品价格变动给城乡居民日常食品消费带来的实际问题，并针对农产品价格不断波动的原因提出相应的价格制度或政策来解决这些问题，以保持物价的稳定实现城乡居民消费质量的提高。 关键词：农产品价格波动；农产品生产价格指数；居民食品消费支出；恩格尔系数 China agricultural prices on the residents food consumption expenditure influence ABSTRACT The development of the theory of general macro-economics, consumption theory status is significantly. At present, urban and rural consumption level of research has the important practical significance. Under the guidance of scientific view of development, improving the level of consumption in China is helpful to change the pattern of economic growth. Meanwhile, residents consumption level and the price level changes, be helpful for improving macro-economic control effect. This paper focuses on the agricultural production in recent years as the price index and urban and rural residents of food consumption expenditure fluctuations analyze, then use 2001 - 2009 agricultural production and price index change and urban and rural residents food consumer spending data establishing econometric model for the correlation between them, and quantitative analysis about the result of measurement model for verification. Through the agricultural prices of urban and rural residents changes of analysis on the influence of food consumption expenditure to study agricultural prices on the urban and rural residents of different influence degree of food consumption. Thus found agricultural prices change daily food consumption to urban and rural residents of practical problems, and bring in agricultural prices constantly the reason of fluctuation in the corresponding price system or policies to solve these problems, to keep prices stable r
