学 士 学 位 论 文 民营企业人力资源管理研究 ——以乌兰察布萨林乳业公司为例 Study on the Human Resources Management of Private Enterprises —Take Sa Lin Dairy Company in Wulanchabu as an Example 姓 名: 石 有 强 学 号: 20101100178 院 系： 经济学院 年 级: 2010 级 专 业: 人力资源管理 指导教师: 曹 霞 20 民营企业人力资源管理研究 ——以乌兰察布萨林乳业公司为例 ［摘要］为了探究现阶段民营企业发展中的人力瓶颈，本文首先对民营企业和人力资源管理的相关概念进行阐述，以期对二者的基础理论和重要性有深刻的认知。进而以乌兰察布萨林乳业公司为例，通过了解分析其人力资源管理现状，梳理现阶段民营企业在人力资源管理方面中存在的问题，最后提出优化民营企业人力资源的切实可行性对策。本研究举一反三，对现阶段民营企业的人力资源规划和管理有很大的指导作用，对企业的扩大发展有重要意义。 ［关键词］乌兰察布萨林乳业公司，民营企业，人力资源管理，问题与对策 Study on the Human Resources Management of Private Enterprises —Take Sa Lin Dairy Company in Wulanchabu as an Example Abstract : In order to explore the bottlenecks of the human resources management in the development of private enterprises , firstly the related concepts of the private enterprise and the human resource management are explained . Then we can have a deep knowledge of the basic theory and the importance of them. Summed up the present situation and the existing issues of the human resource management of the private enterprise by taking Sa Lin Dairy Company in Wulanchabu as an Example, the countermeasures are proposed to optimize human resources management of the private enterprise. This study plays a great role in guiding the human resource planning and management of the present private enterprise. It makes an important significance to the expand development of enterprises.
