摘要
本文以顺丰速运(集团)有限公司的员工培训为主要研究内容,结合中国加入WTO,电商经济进一步发展的需要,对公司自身状况和进行员工培训进行培训是出现的问题了调查和研究,对快递业的发展进行了预测,并以此为基础对顺丰速运(集团)有限公司经营发展的战略思想和目标进行了研究,提出了公司未来的经营发展策略及具体应对措施。
本文首先阐述了快递业发展现状和员工培训的含义基本理论及相关知识,为文章的主要研究工作做了重要的理论铺垫。其次,就顺丰速运(集团)有限公司的发展历程和企业精神,指出了其在员工培训方面存在的主要问题,并对其内外部劣势进行了分析,为制订合理的培训发展策略提供了依据,从而确定了公司人力资源管理中的培训用人战略思想、目标与重点,并提出了具体实施措施,为大连港船货代理有限公司积极参与市场竞争,实现可持续发展提供了决策依据,具有很大的现实意义和参考价值。
