The toxicity and anti-proliferative effect of adlay polyphenols on liver cancer cells were also studied. In the meanwhile, the functions of adlay extracts were evaluated and analyzed at cell level. Method Guizhou heigu adlay, Liaoning 5 adlay and Longyi 1 adlay were used as raw materials, the intracellular ORAC was evaluated by building cell models of free or bound polyphenols of adlay extracts. With human hepatoma cells HepG2 as the research object, CC50 for cytotoxicity and EC50 for anti-proliferative effect were determined and
