南宁某客运站综合楼结构与施工设计（二） 摘 要 本工程设计为南宁某客运某综合楼现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，一共5层，一层层高为5.0米，二层为4.5米，三到五层为3.6米。总高度20.3米，总占地面积1414.00平方米，总建筑面积7444.5平方米。该地区地震设防烈度7度，抗震等级为三级，基本风压为0.35KN/平方米。 设计共分为两个部分：第一部分为建筑设计部分，首先根据建筑的使用功能确定建筑的初步布局，包括建筑体形及室内空间布置等，进一步确定具体尺寸；第二部分为结构设计部分，首先根据建筑设计，使用要求等情况确定结构布置方案，然后选取一榀框架进行设计计算，在明确计算简图的前提下，进一步确定框架承受的荷载，包括恒载，屋楼面活荷载，在此基础上进行框架内力计算（采用D值法计算风荷载作用下的内力，采用迭代法计算竖向荷载作用下的内力）、内力组合。 关键词： 钢筋混凝土 框架结构 结构 A design of form and construction for a passenger terminal complex building in Nanning(two) Summary This designed engineering is Nanning a certain passenger transport complex building cast-in-situ reinforced concrete frame structure , It has five floors, first layer is 5.0 m tall, second layer is 4.5 m tall, third to fifth is 3.6 m tall ,20.3meters tall in total. Total area which it occupied is 1414.00 square meter, and total building area is 7444.5 square meter . Seismic grade three ，seismic fortification intensity is seven degree .The fundamental wind pressure is 0.35KN per square meter. This design includes two parts : The first part is architecture design, according to the construction of the first use of function determine the initial of the building, including the building shape and layout of the indoor space, and further determine the specific size peace. The second part is structure design, firstly according to the architectural design and the building use requirement determine the layout of the structure , and then selects a pin typical framework design. In the explicit calculation diagram under the premise, further determining the frame load, Including dead load,live load house(floor) surface ,on the basis of calculation of internal forces of frame（the D value method to calculate the wind load , the moment iterative method to calculate vertical load under the action of internal force, internal force)combination.
