成都理工大学毕业设计（论文） PAGE 1 设计熔模铸造生产用螺旋搅蜡机 作者姓名：邓海林 专业班级：22005510301 指导老师：李明辉 摘 要 螺旋搅蜡机是熔模铸造生产使用的一种制备糊状模料的机械设备。搅蜡机选型时应充分了解各种搅蜡机的特点，并根据模料的种类，精铸产品的品质要求、材质、批量和铸件大小等进行合理选择。搅蜡机的工作原理是：电动机通过传动装置带动工作机构(螺旋搅拌轴)转动，靠螺旋齿搅拌与挤压作用完成混合调制糊状蜡料动作。 搅蜡机的工作是由电动机输入动力，经过一个变速装置和V带传动，最终将动力传至搅拌轴。搅蜡机的核心装置是变速器。本设计中的变速器是一个二速变速传动装置，它能够输出两种工作转速，这是本设计的重点也是难点。设计内容：传动方案的确定，电动机的选择、传动比的分配、传动零件的结构设计和校核计算、箱体结构及附属零件的设计、标准件的选用等。传动比的分配本着机体结构紧凑、体积小、重量轻的原则来确定；传动零件的设计按强度准则设计，传动零件的装配应使载荷在机体上的分布均匀，装卸方便。整机设计应符合“经济、实用、方便”的原则，以最经济的方式制造出完美的产品为总体的设计思想。 关键词 变速器 搅蜡机 轴 　滑移齿轮　 The spiral stirred used in investment casting design Abstract: Screw Stirred wax machine is mechnical equipment,which is a stirring wax investment casting production use a paste wax preparation.
