With the continuous development of science and technology to the traditional relay control based on a combination of machine tool increasingly incompatible with the advanced productive forces, in this case, programmable control technology for its flexibility, high reliability, versatility gradually replaced the relay control. As a new generation of industrial control devices have developed good flexibility and easy installation wiring simple and strong anti-jamming features, use it for a combination of muti-station machine control system design has become the main development direction of modern industrial control. This paper details the design portfolio machine PLC control system, and the system is running in accordance with the requirements of the machine tool and control system to determine the part number, made a PLC address allocation table, the external wiring diagram and procedures T-chart.
