l 摘 要 开关稳压电源被誉为“新型高效节能电源”，它代表着稳压电源的发展方向。由于内部器件工作在高频开关状态，因此本身消耗的能量极低，电源效率可以达到80%以上，比串连调整线性稳压电源的效率提高近一倍。随着电源技术的飞速发展，开关稳压电源正朝着小型化、高频化、集成化的方向发展，高效率的开关稳压电源已得到越来越广泛的应用。开关电源设计的主要部分是DC/DC变换器，它包含了开关电源中的开关器件，储能器件等功率器件和控制模块，一般DC/DC变换的控制模块运用的是集成芯片如TL494，UC3842等。因为芯片集成块内部大多含有PWM调制，有的甚至具有保护电路。本文主要是采用UC3842为主电路，通过UC3842产生的PWM波来控制开关功率管的开关，详细介绍电流型脉宽调制器UC3842芯片各引脚的功能，着重论述了UC3842在开关稳压电源中的应用，同时针对控制电路，驱动电路，整流和滤波电路及保护电路做了大致的介绍，从而对开关稳压电源有一个基本的认识。 关键词：DC/DC变换 UC3842 PWM调制 开关功率管 保护电路 Abstract The switch regulated power supply is known as the new energy efficient power, it represents the developing direction of regulated power supply. Due to the internal device working in high frequency switching state, therefore itself energy consumption is very low, the power efficiency can reach above 80%, than the concatenation adjustment of linear regulated power supply efficiency is improved by nearly one time. With the rapid development of power technology, switching power supplies are miniaturization, high frequency, integrated development, efficient switch regulated power supply has been more and more widely applied. Switching power supply design is the main part of DC/DC converter, it contains the switch in a switching power supply device. The energy storage devices such as power device and a control module, the general DC/DC transform control begins with an overview of the basic working mode switching power supply such as TL494, UC3842 etc.. Chip integrated block using PWM modulation chip principle, some even have protective circuit. This paper is the use of UC3842main circuit, then introduced the current type pulse width modulator UC3842chip, the paper discusses the UC3842in switching power supply application, at the same time, control circuit, drive circuit, rectifier and filter circuit and protection circuit is introduced in detail, the switch regulated power supply has a basic understanding of.
