本科生毕业设计（论文） PAGE IV 摘 要 随着我国经济的快速发展，人均收入的增加，汽车逐步进入家庭，我国汽车消费数量逐步增多，投保汽车保险已成为车主抵御风险的重要保障。我国的机动车辆保险保费收入也因此出现了快速增长，在财产保险保费收入中占有很大的份额。但是与此同时车辆数量迅速增长使得车辆出险的次数增加，机动车骗保数目与日俱增。由于机动车的型号、价值、维修费、第三方界定中千差万别，因此，投保方、维修方、碰撞的受害方共同实施保险欺诈更为普遍。车险骗保的方法层出不穷，骗保金额数目巨大。由于金钱的诱惑，车险骗保的数量越来越多，道德底线不断被打破，透支社会的公信力。而且恶性机动车保险欺诈扰乱正常的社会秩序，严重影响保险公司的正常经营，导致保险经营费用和成本的上升，保险公司必定会提高费率，最终保险欺诈的后果由投保人承担。从而产生恶性循环，致使保险公司与客户利益受到极大地损害。综上所述，对机动车辆保险欺诈的研究及防范已经成为保险行业迫在眉睫的重大课题。研究对车险行业切实可行的欺诈防范方法和反欺诈策略，对改变车险市场低盈利的现状，提高车险在财险行业的盈利水平，维护广大车险保户的合法权益促进车险市场的良性健康发展都具有重要意义。 关键词：机动车保险；机动车保险现状；保险欺诈；防范保险欺诈措施； Abstract With the rapid development of our countrys economy, the increase of per capita income, car gradually into the family, our country automobile consumption gradually increased number, insurance car insurance has become an important guarantee to owners to resist risks.Motor vehicle insurance premium income of our country also appeared a rapid growth, holds a large share in the property insurance premium income.But at the same time the number of vehicles increased quickly increase the number of vehicles be or get out of danger, an increasing number of motor vehicle insurance fraud.Due to the motor vehicle types, value and maintenance costs, the third party defined in the differ in thousands ways, therefore, the insured, maintenance party, the injured party to implementation of collision insurance fraud is more common.Car insurance insurance fraud methods emerge in endlessly, insurance fraud amount is huge number.Because of the temptation of money, the number of auto insurance insurance fraud is more and more, the moral bottom line has been broken, overdraw the credibility of the society.Malignant motor vehicle insurance fraud and disrupt the normal social order, the serious influence the normal operation of insurance company, insurance operating expenses and costs rise, the insurance company is bound to raise rates, the final consequences borne by policy-holder insurance fraud.To produce vicious circle, the insurance c
