These varieties catch the attention of each profession and enterprise on production of the local coal, transport, and demand, as well as the related profession of coal and energy, and even get the deep concern of the international multinational company, the investment organization, and research department. What is the basic trend and the influence factors of the various coal market from now on? How do make the coal market to develop in a continuative, moderate, and healthy way. According to the total condition related factor, realistic conditions of the coal market and the trend of development, relationship of the supply and demand and the construction of the market system, a little bit hot problem and deep antinomy etc., I will give some my own opinion and advice on the Chinese coal economy circulate, and how to promote the coal industry in a healthily and continuous develop. 一、the condition of the coal economy circulates and the antinomies and problems that exist （一）、The total situation of the coal economy circulates turns to the be better increasingly.
