PAGE I 中小企业寿命短暂成因研究 摘 要 我国中小企业是我国非公有制经济的重要支柱企业，它们对促进我国社会经济发展平稳运行具有较大现实作用。中小企业最突出的特点是规模相对较小，应对经济风险能力相对脆弱，因此使它们常常是处于一种“寿命短”或“长不大”状态。从企业发展战略角度审视，主要原因是它们与不能正确确立企业使命、构建良好企业发展愿景、怠于企业治理、企业资产动态能力不足和欠缺市场竞争优势等因素有关。本文以中小企业发展战略角度，结合中小企业使命确立、良好愿景构建、强化企业治理和提高市场竞争力等因素加以分析，浅议我国中小企业寿命短暂成因，并根据成因分析，对我国中小企业健康发展提出相应措施，使中小企业经营者从中得到启发，且为我国中小企业健康发展提供相应借鉴或参考。 关键词：中小企业；寿命短暂原因；对策建议 Abstract China's small and medium-sized enterprises are important pillar enterprises in China's non-public sector of the economy. They play a greater role in promoting the smooth operation of China's social and economic development. The most prominent feature of small and medium-sized enterprises is that they are relatively small in size and are relatively vulnerable to economic risk. Therefore, they are often in a "short life" or "long" state. From the perspective of enterprise development strategy, the main reasons are that they can not correctly establish the mission of the enterprise, build a good vision of the development of the enterprise, be lazy in the corporate governance, the lack of dynamic ability of the enterprise assets and the lack of competitive advantage of the market. This paper, based on the development strategy of small and medium enterprises, analyzes the factors such as the mission establishment of small and medium enterprises, the construction of good vision, the strengthening of corporate governance and the improvement of market competitiveness, and discusses briefly the causes of the short life of small and medium enterprises in our country. According to the cause analysis, the corresponding measures are put forward to the development of health and health in small and medium-sized enterprises in China, so as to make small and medium-sized enterprises. Industry operators are inspired by it and provide reference for the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.
