保乳术与改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌疗效的异同分析 ［摘要］冃的 对比研究在乳腺癌早期采取保乳术治疗和改良根治 术治疗的效果差异，给前来就诊的患者提供指导和参考。方法将 2010年1月?2013年12月间来我院就诊的140例乳腺癌早期患者随 机分成两组，其中实施保乳术治疗患者共60例作为观察组，实施改 良根治术患者80例作为对照组。以手术期间出血量、手术时间、术 后恢复情况及生活质量影响状况等作为对比项冃，记录分析两组患者 在手术前后的相关数据。结果经过和同治疗时间后，观察组患者在 手术期间的出血量、手术时间均明显少于对照组患者，且观察组术后 恢复情况及生活质量情况均明显优于对照组患者，以上对比项目两组 结果差异明显，具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论乳腺癌早期阶段 采取保乳术治疗手段，治疗效果优于改良根治术治疗，且生活质量受 到的影响小，值得在临床广泛应用。 ［关键词］保乳术；改良根治术；早期；乳腺癌；疗效对比 ［中图分类号］R737.9 ［文献标识码］B ［文章编号］1673-9701 (2015) 01-0120-03 Curative effect contrast of breast conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy for early breast cancer QUAN Yonghu订 WEI Chunshengl SUN Baolinl YIN Guangpingl JIANG Peng2 1 .Department of General Surgery, Lishui District Peoples Hospital of Nanjing City, Nanjing 211200, China； 2.The First Hospital of Nanjing City, Nanjing 210000, China [Abstract] Objective To research in early breast cancer and the effect of modified radical operation treatment difference, provide guidance and reference to come round to see a doctor.
