PAGE PAGE I 摘要 等速万向节是轿车的传动轴和极为重要的承载部件,其应用是现代轿车舒适性、高传动效率和低噪音的重要标志。在等速万向节中,以钟形套的制造技术难度最大,它不仅重量大,形状复杂,加工精度要求高,而且生产工艺一直处于专利或保密状态。随着轿车工业的发展,对其需求量越来越多。近年来,美国、日本和俄罗斯等国采用“温锻+冷锻”复合成形工艺生产出的钟形套锻件外表面留约l mm的加工余量,球形内表面仅留约0.5mm的磨削量,六条弧形球道仅留O.3~0,4mm磨削量。随着国内汽车工业迅速发展的需要,我国在80年代后期开始等速万向节的生产。和发达国家相比,我国汽车零件的精密塑性成形工艺(包括冷温精锻)还比较落后,因此,研究等速万向节钟形套精密成形技术,已成为我国汽车工业的重要课题。 利用CAXA绘制二维图,针对钟形套反挤压和冷缩经成形过程,把温锻温度范围的材料抗力模型引入CAD技术,建立与实际三维问题相符的模型,,模拟结果可以有效地指导工艺和模具设计。 关键词: 钟形套 ; 多工序冷温成形 ; CAD技术;CAXA 全套图纸加扣?3012250582 PAGE PAGE VI ABSTRACT The cross groove constant velocity joint,a transmission shaft,is a very important load-supporting part of saloon cal'.This kind of joint can result in a reduction of vibration and noise,a significant reduction in joint size and an increase in the maximum speed and torque.It is one of crucial issues in modem saloon car.In the all parts of the joint,the outer race is very difficult to be forged because of complicated shape,big weight and high precision.And the forming process is protected by patent or is kept a secret still.Due to rapid increase in car industry,there is a greater demand for such joints. In recent years,a forging part of the outer race,which has just grinded tolerances of 1.0 mm in outer surface,0.5 mm in inner sphere surface and 0.3—0.4 mm in arc sphere grooves,Can be formed by USA,Japan and Russia with warm/cold forming process.Ever increasing requirements of the auto industry make it necessary to develop and manufacture the cross groove constant velocity joint,SO some Chinese enterprises began to manufacture it in the late of 80’S last century.Compared with those developed countries,China has poor ability in cold and warm forging process to produce this component.In order to meet the development demands of Chinese automobile industry,research and development of the precise forming process of the outer race becomes the key project.
