Step 1.Learn the new words. 1a
Show the students some books they are learning, let them try to say what do they think of these subjects. Help the students to speak out the following descriptions.
boring, easy, difficult, cool, fun , interesting
Then let the students match the words on the left with their oppositions.
Check answers.
Step 2 Listening
1b and 1c.
1a. Try playing a fun word game using opposite words. Have all Ss stand up. Start the game by setting the challenge.
1b. to give Ss practice recognizing the target language in conversation.

1b Firstly, tell the main idea to the students about the listening. Play the tape for one time for the students to listen and finish 1b .

Third, ask the students to read after the listening materials. Then act them out.
