黄河交通学院 毕 业 论 文 论 文 题 目 ：谈谈现代物流企业的低成本运作 所属院部 经济管理学院 专业班级 12级物流1班 姓　　名 洁 学　　号 1205010129 指导教师 饶培俊 撰写日期 2015 年 5 月 摘 要 物流已越来越受到企业重视，有的企业甚至将物流提到企业核心竞争力的高度。 企业发展的最大问题是物流成本降不下来，不能随心所欲的控制，加上管理不当，就 很难提高企业的利润高效率。近年来我国物流业已经有了很大发展,得到政府、企业 各方面的高度重视，但其发展水平还不能满足经济发展的需求。物流企业成本普遍偏 高、功能单一、服务水平和能力有限，不能满足经济发展对物流的需要，企业对物流 成本的认识不够全面和深刻。物流成本的降低，可以体现出物流管理的成效，同时也 直接影响到企业在竞争中的地位。降低物流成本是第三利润的源泉，同时也是加强物 流管理工作的重要内容。本文分析了我国物流成本的现状与降低物流成本的意义，从 库存、配送、运输、交货、信息系统、互联网、管理模式多角度提出了具体降低物流 成本的方法。 关键词：企业物流，合理化，模式，策略 Abstract Companies have more and more attention on logistics, some enterprises even mention the logistics of a high degree of core competence.
