中国互联网金融的发展和监管问题研究 摘要 互联网金融是当下中国的经济热点话题，李克强总理在 2014 年《政府工作报告》 中首次提出，促进互联网金融健康发展，完善金融监管协调机制，充分显示了对互联网 金融这一新生金融产品的重视。我国互联网金融虽然起步较晚，但是在相对宽松的监管 环境下取得了迅速的发展。以互联网为代表的现代信息科技企业，逐步向金融业渗透， 结合自身优势对金融产品进行创新，服务于小微企业，发展实体经济。互联网金融的出 现，对我国加速推进利率市场化和推动普惠金融的发展有着重要的意义，并对现有的金 融模式产生深远的影响。通过对互联网金融发展的研究，找出问题，并提出解决方案。 关键词： 互联网金融；小微企业；法律监管 1 RESEARCHONTHEDEVELOPMENTOFINTERNETOFFINANCEAND REGULATORY ISSUES IN CHINA ABSTRACT The Internet financial is a hot topic in today's China's economy. Li ke qiang, the prime minister in China, puts forward the Internet financial in 2014 government work report. A main content is to promote the healthy development of the Internet financial and perfect the financial supervision coordination mechanism shows to pay close attention to this new financial product. Though Internet financial started late in China, but has made rapid development in a relatively lighter regulatory environment. At present, modern information technology enterprises represented by the Internet companies, gradually infiltrate the financial industry and combine with their own advantages to create more financial products in order to promoting the development of the real economy in our country. The rapid development of Internet of Finance has important significance to our country interest rate liberalization and the advance of inclusive finance development. The emergence of Internet of Finance will have a profound impact on the existing financial model and produce energy to activate the market.Find out the problem through the research on the development of Internet of Finance , and find the solution.
