湖南财政经济学院毕业论文第 PAGE IV 页 浅议我国招投标现状及改进措施 摘 要 建设工程招投标是国家建设工程项目采购中最普遍、最重要的方式。本论文从招投标人、法律体系、招标监督管理机构、建立和完善工程交易中心、工程招投标的程序和方式等角度对我国现阶段工程招投标的现状进行了分析，阐述了我国招投标现阶段的弊端，并从招投标法规建设将继续被重视、建设交易中心将进一步完善、建设市场规则将趋于完善和规范等方面,对招投标制度在我国的发展趋势作出了一定的分析。针对当前形势本论文给出了相应的改进措施，以促进我国招投标市场的发展。 关键词：招投标，现状 ，改进措施  Discusses our country to incur the bid present situation and the improvement measure shallowly Author: Tang Guibin Tutor: Li Shejiao Abstract Bidding for construction project is the national construction projects in purchasing the most general, the most important way.
