“申明：转载他人论文，作者不详” 水泥企业物流业务流程再设计研究 2005 级物流管理 摘要 近年来随着国民经济的快速发展和各项基础设施建设的大力投入，国内水 泥企业进入了较好的发展时期，但随着竞争的加剧和微利时代的到来，水泥企业 面临新一轮的思考突围，水泥企业物流业务流程再设计成为一种较为有效的方式。 本文主要完成三个跨度的有机结合、思考和研究，一是业务流程再造理论和现代 物流学理论的有机结合，得出物流业务流程再造的理论，二是物流业务流程再造 和水泥企业特性及现状的有机结合，得出水泥企业的物流业务流程再设计思路， 三是水泥企业物流业务流程再设计思路与重庆拉法基实施物流业务流程再造的 有机结合，得出最终的实践可行性和意义。 关键词：业务流程再设计；水泥企业物流；组织结构；信息化 Abstract In recent years, with the rapid development of the national economy and the strong infrastructure investment, the domestic cement industry has entered a good period of development, but with increased competition and low-profit era, cement enterprises are facing a new round of thinking breakout, cement enterprise logistics business process re-engineering to become a more effective way.
