立体城市交通策略
立体城市一个基本的设计原则就是以步行环境为主旨,街道依
此设计:便于步行,骑车,交流,或者流动商业。为实现这样
的环境,交通流量必须严加控制,以保证步行的舒适安全:降
低防止事故,噪音,废气排放及保证行人对空间的主导性。
为实现这个总目标,我们提供的交通总规划包含了以下几点考
虑:
• 环形流线,鼓励步行
• 便捷的公交系统,联系成都地区
• 各项降低汽车进出城市的措施
Movement Strategy For Great City
One of the fundamental principles of Great City is that it is a pedestrian
oriented environment where the streets are designed for people – for
people to walk, to bicycle, to socialize and even to open street stalls on.
For this environment to be realized, traffic volumes must be reduced to
the point that traffic does not threaten pedestrians – in terms of acci-
dents, noise, emissions or space domination.
In order to achieve this overall goal, our transit masterplan includes the
following considerations:
• A circulation plan that promotes walking as a means of getting
about the City
• Excellent public transport connectivity with the Greater Chengdu
region
• Measures to reduce car trips into and out of the City
