本科毕业设计（论文） 题 目 商丘市商务中心区重点地段城市设计 学院名称 建筑与艺术设计学院 专业名称 城市规划 年级班级 1201 学生姓名 指导教师 2017 年 6 月 摘要 摘要 随着现代化城市的不断发展，近年来很多城市都在积极推进中心商务区的建设与发展，有些城市甚至提出建设多个 CBD 的总体目标。本次设计选取商丘市商务中心区的重点地段作为设计的范围，本着“交融共生、活力亲水、传统文化、城市创新”的发展目标，以“交融共生、城市创新”为设计理念，叠合“文、商、水”三条脉络，将空间关系、时间过程和政策框架三个维度作为本设计的横向轴线，构建商丘市的水上城市客厅，使商丘市商务中心区成为商丘市对外开放程度和经济实力的重要地标。 关键词：城市 CBD；交融共生；城市创新；城市客厅 全套设计加扣 3012250582 I ABSTRACT ABSTRACT With the continuous development of modern city, in recent years, many cities are actively promoting the construction and development of Central Business Distract, some cities even put forward some overall goals of multiple CBD construction. The design has selected the key area of City Business Center in Shangqiu as the range of design.With the development goal of “blending symbiosis, vitality, traditional culture and urban innovation”, “symbiotic blending and urban innovation” is the design concept, superimposed three context of “culture, business and water”. The three dimensions of spatial relations, time process and policy framework are taken as the horizontal axis of this design,building water city in Shangqiu’s living room, to make the Business Center Distract of Shangqiu become an important landmark for the opening and economic strength of the city.
