耿丹学院毕业生就业存在的问题与对策.docx

摘 要 PAGE PAGE I 摘 要 随着我国经济发展，教育体制逐步改革，高校扩招政策的演化，导致毕业生数量大幅度上升，由此带来了空前的就业竞争。2016年被誉为“史上最难就业年”，相对公办院校而言，民办院校的就业率普遍较高，但是就业现状和质量缺不尽如人意。为了使民办院校的就业现状得到改善必须从学生、学院、社会三方共同出力，深度挖掘潜在原因。这也是当今中国教育界的一大挑战。 中国高等教育的发展离不开民办院校，民办院校的发展必须提升就业质量来得以实现。本文将以北京工业大学耿丹学院为例，结合专业所学，以问卷法分析调查出2017届毕业生普遍存在的就业问题，后续再选取部分学生进行访谈探求更深层次的原因。最后将依据市场导向和就业政策发展的趋势提出相应建议。 关键词：民办院校；毕业生；就业 Abstract PAGE PAGE II Abstract With the development of economy in China, the education system reform, the evolution of college enrollment policy, resulting in the number of graduates increased greatly, which brings unprecedented employment competition in.2016 is known as "the hardest job in the history, the relative public colleges, private colleges employment rate is generally higher, but the employment status and the quality.
