摘 要 中小企业要做好绩效考核工作就必须选择好绩效考核方法。绩效考核方法不 仅关系着企业的生存与发展,同时也和一国的经济发展密切相关。近年来,我国 中小企业绩效考核工作取得了很大的进展,但在考核方法方面还面临一些问题需 要加以改进。 本文在明确研究目的、意义及国内外绩效考核方法研究状况的基础上,阐明 了本文的研究思路,阐述了中小企业的界定、绩效的含义、绩效考核的概念、绩 效考核的常用方法,并对主要方法进行了对比分析,分析了我国中小企业绩效考 核方法存在的问题及选择绩效考核方法的影响因素,提出优化我国中小企业绩效 考核方法的具体措施,最后阐明了绩效考核方法实施中应注意的问题。 关键词:中小企业;绩效考核;绩效考核方法 Abstract Small and medium-sized enterprises which want to do well the performance appraisal work will have to choose a good performance evaluation method. Performance evaluation method is not only related to the survival and development ofenterprises, but also closely related to the country's economic development. In recent years, China's small and medium-sized enterprise performance evaluation hasmade great progress, but in the inspection methods it meets some problems which need to be improved. On the basis of clearing researching purpose, significance and the status of performance evaluation methods at home and abroad, this paper expounds the idea, expounds the definition of small and medium-sized enterprises and the performance, the concept of performance appraisal, the commonly used methods of performance appraisal, and analyses the differences of the main methods, then analyses the performance evaluation methods of the small and medium-sized enterprises facing the problems and the impacting factors of choosing performance evaluation methods , then puts forward the optimization of the small and medium-sized enterprise performance evaluation methods of the specific measures, at last illustrates performance evaluation methods in the implementation of the problems that should notice.
