A scientific and effective hu man resources management will enable enterprises to obtain and maintain competitive advantage. But the current human resources management in small and medium enterp rises exist some problems, such as the concept of human resource management lags b ehind, appraisal system is not perfect. This paper analyzes the root causes of problems in human resources management of small and medium sized enterprises is the family management bring "appoint people by favouritism" by the way, caused the personnel l iquidity is too strong. In view of the existing human resources management in small a nd medium sized enterprises, the author puts forward to establish and perfect the smal l and medium-sized enterprise human resources management system, improve the inc entive mechanism and training mechanism, and comprehensively improve the quality of management, adhere to a corresponding reduction of family management, a series o f countermeasures.
