PAGE I PAGE I 摘 要 当前，中国乳制品行业在经过多年来的发展和壮大，已初步形成了稳定而成熟的行业格局。伴随着乳制品行业发展，乳制品物流(冷链物流）也作为新兴行业，正在蓬勃发展。随着全球经济的一体化，在先进的物流管理手段的改进下，企业的物流系统能够提供更加优质的服务，通过对比分析各种物流管理模式并发现不同的物流管理模式的优劣对企业的发展能产生巨大的影响。因此建立行之有效的物流管理模式已成为当前的迫切任务。借此契机，本文将通过借鉴国内乳制品企业的物流管理模式，分析光明乳业有限责任公司当前的物流管理状况，发现光明乳业物流方面的现存问题，提出行之有效的措施，以提高光明乳业的竞争力。 关键词：物流状况；管理模式；现存问题；措施 Abstract At present, the Chinese dairy industry after years of development and growth, stable and mature industry structure has been developed.
