天津雅华印刷包装有限公司治理结构研究 摘要：公司治理结构是现代企业制度的核心内容，它的合理与否是影响企业绩效的重要因素之一。良好的公司治理可以促进企业的股权结构合理化，加强企业的内部控制，降低企业的代理成本，增强企业的核心竞争力，提高企业的经营业绩，实现企业的可持续发展。但是，目前我国民营企业的公司治理结构还存在着一系列的问题，本文对我国民营企业公司治理结构问题进行了分析，针对出现的问题分析内外部原因，最后，针对问题和原因有提出了改善的措施，希望可以促进我国民营企业改善治理结构的优化改善，保证我国民营企业可以稳步有序的发展。 关键词：民营企业；公司治理结构；委托代理；产权 The governance structure of the printing and packaging Co.
