PAGE III U型支架冲压工艺及模具设计 摘 要 进入20世纪90年代以来，各式各样的五金件成为了主流。由于在生活中许多都要用到五金件，因此，五金冲压模具将不断发展，在近几十年里会有突飞猛进的成果。通过翻阅这些参考资料和文献，深入了解了当代的模具先进制造技术和冲压成型技术。查找整理资料后，对一些模具设计实例有了解与学习，进一步学习了冲压模具设计的方法，并能对模具设计的成本价格做出估算，从而对模具设计有了方向性的指导。 此次课题U型支架冲压工艺及模具设计，通过对深入学习，对此零部件模具设计时的设计方式有了雏形。先分析零件的冲压工艺；确定模具的总体结构；结合零件的冲压工艺及模具的总体结构设计排样图；根据排样图，计算利用率、冲载力、压力、选用设备及刃口的尺寸。根据资料再用AutoCAD，对模具进行设计，然后绘出装配图和零件图进行标注，并编制零件的加工工艺卡，使理论和生产实际知识综合运用，从而培养和提高了我独立工作的能力。 关键词：U型支架，冲压工艺，模具设计 PAGE 36 PAGE 33 Abstract Since 1990s, all kinds of hardware have become the mainstream. As a result of the use of many hardware in life, therefore, metal stamping die will continue to develop, in recent decades there will be rapid progress in the results. Through consulting these reference materials and documents, we have gained an in-depth understanding of modern mold manufacturing technology and stamping technology. After looking up and sorting out the data, some die design examples have been learned and learned, the method of stamping die design is further studied, and the cost and price of the mold design can be estimated. Thus, the direction of the die design is instructed. The subject of U-shaped support stamping process and die design, through in-depth study, the design of this part of the mold design has a prototype. The stamping process of the parts is analyzed first, the overall structure of the die is determined, the drawing process of the stamping process and the overall structure of the parts are designed. According to the drawing, the utilization ratio, the load force, the pressure, the selection of the equipment and the size of the blade are calculated.
