现场管理 带钢车间工艺 年产 206 万吨短流程带钢车间工艺设计 摘 要 薄板坯连铸连轧是20 世纪 80 年代末、90 年代初开发成功的生产热轧板卷的一项 短流程工艺，是继氧气转炉炼钢、连续铸钢之后钢铁工业最重要的革命性技术之一。 薄板坯连铸连轧集科学、技术和工程于一体，将热轧板卷的生产在一条短流程的 生产线上完成，充分显示出其先进性和科学性。 世界各国都对此给予了极大关注，使得薄板坯连铸连轧技术近年来又有了突飞猛 进的进展。 与传统生产工艺流程相比，短流程可节约投资、提高成材率、降低生产成本、大 幅度缩减生产周期等。 本设计为年产 206 万吨薄板坯连铸连轧热轧带钢生产车间设计，论文叙述了薄板 坯连铸连轧技术的类型、市场分析及工艺技术特点，并把各种典型工艺进行了比较。 参照国内外企业的技术特点和生产实践，提出了本车间的总体配置方案，设计了主辅 设备及其生产能力计算、车间平面布置和起重运输、主要经济技术指标、环境保护以 及使用 AutoCAD 绘制车间平面布置图。并运用 VB 程序进行了压下规程程序设计和相 应的校核等。 本设计选用的是 CSP 工艺，车间主要布置为：2 流 50/70 CSP 连铸→辊底式均热 炉→高压水除鳞→7 架CVCplus 连轧机→层流冷却→卷取。采用了铁素体轧制技术、半 无头轧制技术等新技术。 关键字: 薄板坯连铸连轧；CSP ；热轧带钢车间设计; 七机架精轧机组； 压下规程 程序设计 The Design of a Short Strip Process Plant with an Annual Output of 2.06 Million tons Abstract CSP is the successful development of the production of hot rolled coil in a shortened process,the oxygen converter steelmaking, continuous casting steel industry after the most important revolutionary technology in the late 1980s and early 1990s. One of the foreign steel major powers have invested a great deal of manpower and resources to the special study. CSP--science, technology and engineering in one, hot rolled coil production in a short line to complete the process, fully demonstrated its advanced scientific. All countries in the world have given a great deal of concern, making CSP technology a rapid progress in recent years.
