F40螺旋板式换热器机械设计 摘 要 本论文是关于换热面积为40㎡的螺旋板式换热器的设计，目的是设计一个设计参数要求的螺旋板式换热器，利用螺旋板式换热器的高效换热性惊醒对热废液的废热利用，余热回收对于废热水的余热回收。 查阅换热器相关书籍，根据其中所给的公式进行设计。主要对螺旋板换热器的中心隔板宽度、螺旋圈数、外径长度等主要结构参数根据设计任务书所给出的压力、换热面积等数据对其进行计算。然后对螺旋板换热器的结构强度，制作工艺，主体结构，结构材料以及其他的零部件进行设计和选择，从而达到设计一个符合任务书的螺旋板式换热器。 本论文的开始简要的描述了螺旋板式换热器的分类、发展历程以及螺旋板式换热器的结构特点和螺旋板式换热器的分类。本论文的后面主要是对于换热器的结构和其他的常用数据进行计算，然后对换热器的其它部件进行选择和效验。 关键词： 螺旋板换热器、强度计算、结构设计 ABSTRACT This paper is about the heat transfer area of 40 square meters, the spiral plate heat exchanger design, the purpose is to design a design parameters of the spiral heat exchanger, using the spiral plate heat exchanger, change the thermal wake of thermal effluent waste heat utilization, waste heat recovery for waste hot water residual heat recovery.
