Sopra Steria – France - 04 73 44 09 09 Abstract “URBAN PASS” is a project launched within the EcoCité program in France aiming to support the growth and attractiveness of cities. The project is at the centre of any smart city strategy. Innovation is the driving force behind this strategy and this new approach to the city. It is important to move past the current state of affairs, which involves several systems and card services, to offer a user experience which simplifies travellers' experiences of signing-up, after-sales service, etc. and which unifies support for services: the URBAN PASS. Based on its interoperability platform projects, Sopra Steria is able to identify the accelerating factors to succeed with an agile, non-intrusive and holistic interoperability approach. Based on its Security Operational Centre, Sopra Steria also addresses the transport sectors’ needs in terms of cybersecurity programs with a unified approach for all actors of the sector.
