生产流程分析与优化的研究 吉 林 化 工 学 院 本 科 毕 业 论 文 生产流程分析与优化的研究 Research on the production process analysis and optimization 性质 : □毕业设计 □毕业论文 教学院： 机电工程学院 系别： 工业工程 学生学号：学生姓名： 魏金军 专业班级： 工程 1102 指导教师： 卢伟宏 吉林化工学院本科毕业论文 职称： 副教授 起止日期： 2015.1.6 ～ 2015.6.15 吉林化工学院 Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology 吉林化工学院本科毕业论文 摘 要 生产流程是企业生产运营中的一个重要组成部分，生产流程不仅决定着一个企业固定资产的投入规模和产品生产固定成本的大小，而且对企业人力资源、物流等运营成本以及生产效率、产品质量等都有重大影响。流程优化是制造型企业生产持续改善的重要手段之一，通过生产流程优化，能够提高产能、减少浪费、降低库存，最终提升劳动生产率来增加企业的利润，增强企业在同行业的竞争力。本文以工业 工程的基本理论为背景，着重把 IE 方法中的流程分析、流水线平衡、 5S管理、设施规划等思想运用到 H发动机公司的生产现场管理优化当中。在整合工业工程和发动机生产现场实际情况的基础上，提出了对发动机生产管理现场优化的研究。 本文首先对 H发动机公司各生产车间的布局的现状进行了分析，通过运用布局优化、与 SLP等技术对各车间进行了重新布局；其次是针对 M系列发动机的装配生产线现状，分析生产流程中存在的瓶颈问题。指出造成制约产能的可能原因，根据分析 的结果运用工业工程中的工作研究、生产线平衡、布局优化等理论概念，找出改进的有效方法并实施，达到优化流程的目的，尽可能减少生产过程中的等待、移动和浪费。最后介绍如何保持现有流程优化的实施效果，以及对将来进一步的优化可能提出了展望。 关键词 ：工业工程；发动机生产线平衡；布局优化； SLP I 吉林化工学院本科毕业论文 Abstract Production process is an important part of enterprise operation, the production process not only determines the size of a enterprise fixed assets investment scale and product fixed cost, but has a significant impact on enterprise human resources, logistics and other operating costs and production efficiency and product quality.
