This poses a threat to domestic stability. Moreover, high unemployment rate indicates a waste of labor force. There will follow an enormous loss of economic efficiency if more graduates who have professional knowledge and skills choose to immigrate to other countries for better careers. Several suitable solutions can be given to address/resolve this problem. Governments should take the lead to encourage graduates to create their own enterprises or business by producing policies, clear strategies and plans.
